Citizen’s answer to King Seiko: a hand-wound hi-beat officially rated as a chronometer, in a crisp Eichi-style case that has never seen a polishing wheel. The silver dial is graced with a small “Chronometer” script that Citizen earned, not borrowed.

Sharp case, original crystal with one faint scratch at 10. Dial and hands original and clean.
