Daybreak Watches collects only what it needs to sell you a watch and answer your questions. This page explains what that is and what you can ask us to do with it.

What we collect
When you place an order, contact us, or subscribe to the newsletter, we collect the details you give us: your name, email, shipping and billing address, and the contents of your message. When you browse the site we also collect standard technical data such as your IP address, device, and pages viewed.
How we use it
We use your information to process and ship orders, respond to enquiries, prevent fraud, meet our legal obligations, and, only if you’ve opted in, send the newsletter. We do not sell your personal information.
Payments & processors
Checkout and payment are handled by Shopify, our commerce platform; card details are processed by Shopify and its payment providers and are never stored by us. We also rely on shipping carriers to deliver orders and on email and analytics providers to run the site. Each processes your data only as needed to provide its service.
Cookies
The site uses cookies that are necessary for the cart and checkout to work, and may use analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. You can control or block cookies in your browser settings; blocking essential cookies may stop the cart from working.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time (every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link). Depending on where you live, for example under Australian privacy law or the GDPR, you may have further rights; we’ll honour them.
